Every product is heartmade and shipped with care. Below are the shop policies to ensure a smooth experience for you.
Shipping
All items ship from The Hague. Items ship within 7-10 business days. All items are sent via PostNL. When your package has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation and tracking number. We do our best to ensure safe delivery, but we’re unable to offer refunds for orders lost by the carrier, incorrect addresses or stolen/damaged packages, unless the issue is due to our error.
Packaging
Prints are shipped rolled in tubes. All other items are shipped in padded envelopes or boxes. We kindly ask you to recycle and reuse any packaging as much as possible.
Returns & refunds
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. To receive a refund, the item must be returned to us in its original condition and we must receive it back at the shop. Once the returned item is received, we’ll process your refund within 14 days via your original payment method. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
